Ami Yadomi joined our firm in April 2007 after working at a securities company, a mega bank and a major airline company.

She started her carrier with us as a paralegal and performed a wide range of procedures relating to domestic and foreign intellectual property litigation and prosecution for registration to support patent attorneys. After being registered as a patent attorney in 2014, she is mainly in charge of domestic and foreign trademarks matters. She handles non-use cancelation trials, oppositions, negotiations as well as application procedures both domestically and abroad, especially in the United States and Asian countries. With the communication skills she learned from her one-year stay in the United States and two-year stay in the Philippines, she is always on your side to provide expert advice on trademarks, designs, and copy rights, and issues related to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.

She became a member of the Copyright Committee of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association in 2016.
